By electronically signing this Escape Experience Waiver and Release of Liability (hereafter, "the Agreement") for an Almanaq LLC Escape Experience (hereafter, "the Experience"), I hereby agree to assume any and all risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective components, supplies, or other materials, or because of their possible liability without fault.
I certify that I and the parties with whom I am doing the Experience are solely and completely responsible for the environment in which the Experience is played, and I assume full and complete responsibility for any damage to my property that may occur from any component of the Experience or the properties of the component materials, including, but not limited to, splinters, sharp edges, and heavy objects.
I further certify that I have no physical or mental illness that precludes my participation in a safe manner for myself or others.
I agree to follow all of the rules.
For safety during the pandemic, I agree that:
- I will not play the Experience if I have Covid-19, have been exposed to someone who has it, or suspect that I have it (if you have had Covid-19 and have recovered, please contact us).
- I will wear a mask and maintain a safe distance during any interaction with any Almanaq representative, including, but not limited to, drop off and pickup of the Experience.
- I will wash my hands before and after playing the Experience and before and after any breaks.
I acknowledge that I understand that no components of the Experience is intended to be damaged, and that I am liable for any damage that occurs while I am playing the Experience, and that I agree to pay any repair or replacement costs for any part of the Experience that is damaged while I am playing the Experience.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for returning the Experience on time and that I will be charged a fee if I do not.
I HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability arising from negligence or fault the owners, partners, managers, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives of Almanaq LLC and any and all entities authorizing this activity.
I certify that I have read this Agreement and understand its contents and that, by electronically signing it I am consenting to be bound by its terms.
I certify that I am under no pressure from Almanaq LLC or any of its representatives to sign this Waiver and I am doing so under own free will.
